In our kennel, reservation is done through a prepayment. If a buyer decides not to purchase the puppy, the reservation fee is non-refundable. It serves as compensation for the breeder. In other words, missed opportunities; in 90% of cases, there are other interested parties in the puppy, and they have to be declined, even if they offer to buy the puppy at a higher price. A reserved puppy is not offered to other interested parties. It is taken off display in advertisements, and a note is made on the website indicating that the puppy is reserved.

- Compliance of the puppy with the declared breed.
- Authenticity of the origin stated in the pedigree documents.
- Timely deworming and vaccination of the puppy.
- At the time of mating, the puppy's parents showed no signs of illness.
- At the time of sale, the puppy is clinically healthy and shows no signs of illness or injury.
- Consultations at any time and on any topic (care, feeding, upbringing, treatment)
Superb health for the dog's entire life. When we give away a puppy at a young age, we no longer control factors such as: balanced nutrition, care, upbringing, proper exercise for the growing and developing organism, past illnesses (for example, babesiosis and Lyme disease, which are transmitted through tick bites, or heartworm disease, which is transmitted through mosquito bites), and the correctness and timeliness of their treatment. The health and life of the dog depend on these factors, and if we cannot control them, then unfortunately, we cannot guarantee them.
